# Anger Inventory (Private Clarity Project)

## Purpose
Create a clean, defensible inventory of the things you’re angry about (re: Lisa), separating:
- **Justifiable anger** (specific behaviors/choices with real impact), from
- **Noise/triggers** (real feelings, but not a solid basis for claims or confrontation).

This is primarily for **your clarity** first. Later, if you want, we can derive separate versions suitable for:
- therapy
- counsel
- a private letter you never send
- (only if you explicitly decide) something you actually communicate

## Goals
- Produce a **short list** of core items that you can stand behind even on a calm day.
- Make each item **specific and testable** (what happened, what you expected, impact, responsibility).
- Identify **patterns vs one-offs**.
- Clarify what you want now (repair / accountability / boundary / acceptance / logistics).

## Non-goals
- Not a “narrative war” doc.
- Not a legal filing or evidence pack.
- Not a draft message to Lisa (unless you explicitly request a separate draft later).

## Working Format (Per Item)
For each “reason,” we’ll rewrite into:
1. **What happened** (observable, concrete)
2. **Expectation/boundary** (what you believed should have happened instead)
3. **Impact on you** (cost, fear, loneliness, loss of trust, etc.)
4. **Responsibility** (choice vs accident; pattern vs one-off)
5. **What you needed then** / **what you want now**

If an item can’t be expressed cleanly in that structure, it goes in the **Noise/Triggers** bucket.

## Guardrails
- Default assumption: this stays **private** and is not sent to anyone.
- If you want to share anything externally, we create a separate “shareable” draft and apply the two-key rule.

## Next Step
Paste raw bullets (blunt, messy, dates optional). I’ll convert them into:
- a grouped set of “core” items (justifiable)
- a separate noise/triggers list
- a tight summary you can use later if needed

### Where The Actual Notes Live
To reduce the chance sensitive material ends up on a remote git host by accident, the working notes live in:
- `projects/anger-inventory/private/` (gitignored)
