I do want to say plainly that waiting until April 7 is very hard on me. If there is a specific remaining reason you cannot accept the 30% settlement now, I would really appreciate it if you would tell me what it is. Otherwise, from my side, it feels like the issue is no longer lack of information but continued delay.
