Sure. As I see it, we effectively have two parallel negotiations going on.

One is the pre-mediation settlement framework we had been discussing, which I understood as 30% ongoing.

The other is what happens in mediation if that does not resolve it. In that setting, I would have to argue for more.

I would prefer not to get into the second one by text, because it is more adversarial and uglier than I would like.
