I still don’t understand why 30% is unworkable from your perspective. I chose that number as the lowest figure I believe is fair, and I put it forward in the hope that it would be acceptable enough to resolve this without a more adversarial process. If we go into mediation without agreement, I won’t assume that discounted position stays on the table. At that point I’ll need to argue for what I actually believe is warranted. I want to be clear about that now.
