Quick question on the housing point, just so I understand your thinking: when you suggested month-to-month furnished, is that mainly about not locking into something long-term while everything is still in transition, or were you also thinking it would be cheaper than hotels?

I’ve been looking pretty hard, and most furnished 1BR month-to-month options I’m seeing are actually more expensive than my current hotel setup. Roughly, my top candidates so far look like:

- Marina (top-floor 1BR): ~$3,000/mo (1-month minimum)
- Bernal Heights (garden 1BR): ~$3,900/mo
- Rincon Hill / One Rincon Hill (high-rise 1BRs): ~$4,200–$4,250/mo
- Nob Hill (1BR): ~$4,375/mo
- North Beach (1BR): ~$4,290/mo
- Telegraph Hill (1BR): ~$5,000/mo
- NOPA / Alamo Square (full-floor 1BR): ~$5,750/mo

Airbnb/Blueground seem to land in the same general range depending on dates and fees.

Just trying to calibrate expectations before I commit to something.
