Subject: Corrections to Homework

Hi class.  A few announcements:

1. There is a correction to the first homework assignment:  Do NOT do
   problem 50 from section 1.3.  If you've already done the work,
   never fear, this problem will be on a future homework assignment.

2. Read section 3.1 up to example 16.
